We discovered rampant cases of teenagers and single ladies with unwanted pregnancies in IDP camps - Red Cross

The President of the National Red Cross Society (NRCS) Elder Akpan Anani said they are facing challenges of unwanted pregnancies in many Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps.

In a statement made to Daily Trust yesterday in Abuja, Mr Anani said the organisation discovered rampant cases of teenage and single ladies with unwanted pregnancies in camps.
He said the Red Cross had been working to curb the situation by counselling the ladies against such acts because "the psychological effects and social factor affects them negatively."

S.eX Craze: Condoms, Enhancers Found In Boko Haram’s Camp

A camp of the dreaded Boko Haram sect was broken into and what the soldiers found would shock you……
Condoms-Boko-Haram-NL
The claim by the dreaded Islamist insurgent sect, Boko Haram, that they are looking forward to getting virgins in heaven when they kill innocent people has been busted by Chadian military personnel who chased out the terrorists from one of their camps close to their border.
The military officers were quite surprised when they found not only a cache of sophisticated weapons but rolls of condoms, both used and unused, as well as s*x enhancing tablets like Viagra.
Adding two and two together, the officers deduced that women and girls the sect has been kidnapping both in Nigeria and other parts of the West Coast where they have been holding sway, could have been turned into their s*x slaves.

30 -year-old-man-defiles-1-year-old-girl-with-his-fingers-in-abuja

Thirty-year-old Blessing Augustine, who hails from Kogi State but resides in Lugbe Zone 4, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, has been accused of defiling the one-year-old daughter of his neighbour.
While pretending to play with her, he allegedly poked his finger at different times into the baby girl’s genital and in the process broke her hymen.
The alleged act of Augustine came to light when the baby’s father reported him to the police and he was arrested.
The baby was taken to Gwarimpa General Hospital and Amaco Hospital, a private health facility, where doctors in both places confirmed that she was defiled.
Recounting how the deeds of the suspect were uncovered, Nnamdi Chukwu, father of the baby told Sunday Sun: “The ugly incident happened on June 13, 2015, when I heard my baby crying.
I asked my wife to find out why the baby was crying. She said that Augustine told her that the little child saw a chicken and was frightened. But somehow the baby could not stop crying, which obviously meant that she was in pain.
So, I checked her thoroughly and saw little blood in her private part (genital).
“Prior to this time, there was a day my wife was preparing for a birthday party and had gone into the bathroom to bathe.
Augustine came quietly to our room and carried the baby without her knowledge.
When she heard the baby crying, she asked Augustine, who responded that he was playing with the baby, so we didn’t suspect anything.
But on that June 13, when the baby continued to cry in pain, after Augustine claimed that the baby saw a chicken, I took her to Gwarimpa General Hospital, where a doctor examined her and confirmed that she was defiled.
I immediately reported the matter at Lugbe Police Station and Augustine was arrested. We have lived in the same compound with him for about one year. I want justice to be done.”
The suspect, who spoke with Sunday Sun in police custody, admitted that he had on several occasions taken the baby to his room to “play” with her, concurring with the account of the baby’s parent about the chicken story, but he denied the allegation made against him.
His words: “I do play with the little baby.
One day, she suddenly started crying and the mother asked me and I told her that the baby saw a chicken in the compound.
I know always carry the baby from the room to the kitchen and play with her.
I am the only person that always play with her. I do carry the baby sometimes without the knowledge of the mother to my room and play with her. “But I don’t know what they are saying that I raped the little baby.
I don’t know who manipulated (defiled) the baby and raped her.”
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police in the FCT, Mr Wilson Inalegwu who confirmed the story assured that the suspect would be charged to court after the completion of investigations into the matter

“We Planned Ikorodu Bank Robbery In 30 Minutes — Suspect (How They Shared Their Loot)

a
As fresh facts begin to emerge about the Ikorodu banks robbery operation where N80 million was reportedly carted away a fortnight ago, one of the suspects has revealed that they planned the operation at a meeting that lasted 30 minutes.
It was also discovered that 12 members of the gang were recruited from the Niger Delta region.
This is just as the four suspects arrested in connection with the operation, which lasted close to two hours, have confessed that their gang was responsible for similar operations at Ijede road three weeks before that of Ipakodo also at Ikorodu, and that of Lekki, where five persons, including three policemen, were killed.
The arrested suspects include Omoboye, alias Alarm blow, 39; Bright, 25; Ikuesan, 37, and Abiwa, 20.
The bank robbery, according to Bright, was carried out by an 18-man gang.
Bright, a graduate of English/Christian Religious Study, CRS, from the College of Education, Ekiadolor, Edo State, said a meeting with members of the gang, chaired by the gang’s leader, whose identity he gave as Million, was held in Abule area of Lagos same day the operation was carried out.
‘My role’
The father of two said: “Million is our leader. I was introduced to the gang by a friend named Akpan.
I joined because I had no means of feeding my family. I am a wood logger, but business has been bad.
“Akpan took me to the gang’s meeting same day of the operation, on June 24, at Abule Ishawo area of Ikorodu.
Those of us from Lagos included myself, M. O., Kelvin, S. K. Careboy and Million, while the rest were recruited from Warri, Delta State, by Million.
“He also brought eight rifles and two pump action guns from Warri, including the two operational vehicles.
He taught us how to aim at our targets during the meeting, which lasted 30 minutes, with each of us instructed on what to do on reaching the venue.
“My role was to stand outside, with one of the pump action guns, shooting sporadically.
I was also instructed to shoot at anyone who dared to intrude, while the boys recruited from Warri confronted the police.
“I had over 900 cartridges. At the end of the operation, we escaped in a fibre boat and went to the creeks, where the loot was shared.
At the creeks, we analysed the operation and Million said we did well, promising to use us for subsequent operations.”
‘I got N2m’
“I was not allowed to go near where the money was counted. Million and other leaders counted the money. But Akpan told me they got N80 million. I was given N2 million.
“I bought a Lexus SUV for N1.5 million and I gave my wife N30,000 to enrol for an exam. I also gave some of my friends out of it and also bought jerry cans for my brother, who is a pipeline vandal.

“Million instructed those from Warri to set the operational vehicles ablaze before leaving the scene.
That was after the numbers plates were removed.
“He collected the cost of the cars from the loot before sharing the rest among us. That was my first time of joining them. I did not go with them to the Lekki and Ijede banks operations.”
Lekki, Ijede’s robbery operation
On his part, Omoboye, a boat operator, said that he conveyed the gang to all the three bank operations.
Omoboye, popularly known as Baba Ibeji, said he was given N400,000 from Lekki’s operation and N2 million each from the Ijede and Ipakodo bank robberies.
He said: “At the end of the last bank operation at Ipakodo, my boat developed a fault as we were escaping. If the police had come after us, they would have arrested some of us. But the leader of the gang called another boat operator to take us.
“On reaching their hideout at Abule Ishawo, they did not allow us in because we were considered strangers that could sell them out to the police.
“I got N400,000 from the Lekki operation, N2 million from the Ijede’s and N2 million from the Ipakodo operation.
“We are into illegal oil bunkering; we vandalise pipelines and also rob people in the creeks. I have two wives and five children, but my wives do not know I am into armed robbery.
“I bought a Lexus SUV for N1.15 million, four days after the last operation

Show love to the needy [I am Back]

GRASSROOTS!
Despise not the days of thy little beginnings,
So little it seems, kindly view it even beyond its silver linings.

The grass would never be green without it's root.
One way or the other, we all passed through the grassroot,
if not us or our parents, our grand parents did, even with bare foots.

Show love to the needy,
never see them as 'weedy'
All men were born equal
Until nature cooked us its food and gave some sour liquor.

All you have vanishes from your finger the day you die,
Whatever impact you make is what you'll be remembered for, that’s not a lie.

You won't be spending the money no more after you're gone,
So, that charity you've long been thinking of, make sure you get it done.

Never say my children will spend the rest, that’s not the best,
Show them how to make it- it will make them the best,
and then, when they leave too, they'll be able to feed the rest.

Khloe Kardashian talks about her weight-loss journey, shares pic

Khloe Kardashian took to instagram to talk about and share pics from the weight-loss journey she's undertaking. Seems to be working well for her. She wrote;
"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don't get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency.
There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul. We all have different journeys in life, make sure your journey is for you and you alone. Remember in the end the turtle won the race. Slow and steady. dedication and tenacity.
