But this year's festivities are likely to be memorable for all the wrong reasons.
After being arrested on Aug. 30 for DUI, the NBA star is set to go before a judge on that day, where he'll be formally charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and a refusal to submit to chemical tests.
